The "Karbala Civilizational Encyclopedia" issued by the Karbala Center for Studies and Research at the Holy Shrine of Imam Husain, highlighted a huge amount of information, data, and documents about the ancient and contemporary history of the holy city of Karbala.
Among what was documented in this encyclopedia in its third volume within the social axis of the city of the master of the martyrs "peace be upon him" is the Husseiniyats and mosques built in there throughout its blessed history, among which was the Husseiniyat of the "Baqi' Imams" built in (1435 AH / 2014 AD) ) according to the mosaic sign installed on its external façade.
The founder and trustee of this Husseiniyat, Hajj "Abd al-Ilah Musa al-Omran al-Rabiah," stated through an exclusive meeting that he had "endowed it to serve the pilgrims of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), and it is not registered within the Shiite endowment."
