The 3rd International Conference on Reviving the Heritage of Karbala Scholars

The Karbala Center for Studies and Research at the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain “A. S” has announced on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, the terms for participation in the Third International Conference on Reviving the Heritage of Karbala Scholars.

The KCSR’s scientific assistant, Prof. Nathir Al-Hindawi, said in a statement, "The Karbala Center for Studies and Research has launched the conference profile, which is to be held 25-26, June 2022 under the slogan (Sheikh Muhammad Taqi al-Shirazi… Thought and Leadership.”

"The first term for participation is that the title of the research be within the axes announced for the conference, and that the research must not previously been published on paper or online, or has been accepted in any other event,” he added, explaining the necessity of adhering to the academic scientific methodology adopted in writing scientific research."

Al-Hindawi continued, "The conference receives scientific products such as research, studies, and working papers related to the announced axes, as all products presented would be subjected to scientific evaluation by a specialized scientific committee."

He also added, "The scientific product presented must be printed on (WORD) software and the font is 14-sized (simplified Arabic) for the body and (12) for the margin, provided that the number of research pages does not exceed (25) pages, supported by an abstract in Arabic and English limited to (400) words, and written on a Compact Disk CD attached to the biography of the researcher.”

 

The KCSR’s scientific assistant pointed out, "The research abstract would be received until 1 March, 2022, provided while the deadline for receiving the full research is on 1 May, 2022, via the conference e-mail exclusively."

 

It is noteworthy that the Karbala Center for Studies and Research at the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine would publish all the products participated in the scientific “Al-Sibt” journal issued by the center in a special issue about the conference’s events.
