The scientific, preparatory, media and technical committees of the Seventh International Conference for the Arbaeen visit held on Thursday 3-8-2023 a lengthy session in the presence of the Director of Karbala Center for Studies and Research.

In it, the technical, scientific and logistical preparations for the seventh international conference of the Arbaeen visit, which will be held on the twenty-third of the month of Safar al-Khair, were discussed. Mr. Abd al-Amir al-Qurashi stressed the importance of preparing a media plan commensurate with the status of a conference bearing the name of the greatest doctrinal rite among the believers, which is the Arbaeen visitation of Imam al-Hussain, peace be upon him, and preparing all the requirements and making the necessary efforts to make it a success. The Scientific Committee discussed the mechanisms by which the participating researches in the conference are selected and sorted into research and dialogue sessions according to themes and languages, and how to benefit from the experiences of previous conferences in developing tools and action plans in all aspects of the conference.
With regard to the opening ceremony of the conference, the center's management discussed the media preparations for the ceremony and the conference in general, the appropriate roles and equipment, the election of the speeches of the participating personalities, direct satellite transmission arrangements, news coverage, broadcasting on social media, cadres and the necessary needs for the success of the Seventh International Conference for the Arbaeen visitation.
