Among the important knowledge projects adopted by the Karbala Center for Studies and Research at the holy shrine of Al-Imam Al-Hussein is the printing of the books that relate to the knowledge heritage of the city of Karbala, and it has been dozens of books that was issued in this field so far.
Among the important books recently published by the KCSR is "Studies and Research in The Arbaeen Pilgrimage" by a group of researchers.
The book is a part of a series of publications of the Encyclopedia of the Arbaeen Pilgrimage, which carries within its pages information of scientific, historical and moral value about this holy Pilgrimage.
The most important thing in the book was the dynamic interaction in the Arbaeen's society and its relation to future scenarios, the twentieth day of "Sofar" that represents a permanent storm in the history of the poetry of Ahl al-Bayt's captives and prisoners, and the impact of positive dimensions in the path of Arbaeen on the changes in human behavior of the Husseini pilgrim. The book has also described the Arbaeen pilgrimage rhetorically, as well as explaining the security role of the Popular Mobilization Units in securing the the pilgrims beside the illustration of the bilateral theory of "peace and security" in the Arbaeen pilgrimage.
We hope that this book will contribute to provide the local libraries and publishing houses with many information about the holy Arbaeen pilgrimage, and to be an accessible reference that researchers can read to prepare their future studies.
