The Friday sermons unit at the Karbala Research Center for Studies and Research is pleased to present to its dear readers the new publication titled "Glimpses of the religious, moral and political biography of Imam Hassan (peace be upon him)" which is the sixth edition of the book series of the 14 impeccable Imams (peace be upon them.
This book included four religious speeches delivered by the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority at the holy shrine of Imam Hussein (pbuh) His Eminence Sheikh Abdul Mahdi al-Karbalai at different religious occasions, some of which related to the anniversary of the holy birth of Imam Hassan (peace be upon him), and some of them were about the anniversary of his martyrdom.
The first sermon was titled: "A Brief History of The Tolerance and Generosity of Imam Hassan (pbuh)". The second sermon had the title: "Glimpses From The Worship of Imam Hassan (pbuh)", while the third sermon was titled "The Recall of The Divine Presence at Imam Hassan (pbuh) With His Statement About The Meaning of Politics", and then came the fourth speech that was titled: "A Description of The Muslims' Pledge to Imam Ali (pbuh) with Caliphate and The Role of Imam Hassan in The Events That Followed".
This is the subject of this new book, in which we sought to clarify some of the bright aspects of the life of Imam Hassan (pbuh) by explaining and commenting on what was stated in those four speeches, as we were keen to highlight as much of the Imam's heritage as possible, especially the one preserved in some books that don't pay them enough attention when we write about the biography of Imam Hassan (peace be upon him).
