The Hussayni Oratory Division at the al-Abbas's (A. S) holy shrine organized a joyful celebration, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the heroine of Karbala; Lady Zaynab, daughter of Ali (peace be upon them both), in the basement of Imam Musa al-Kadhem (may God’s peace be upon him) in the holy shrine, by following preventive and precautionary measures due to the current health situation. The celebration was held in the presence and participation of a group of pilgrims and a number of the Holy Shrine's female staffs.
According to Mrs. Taghreed Al-Tamimi, the assistant in charge of the Oratory Division, stated: “This celebration is part of the division’s activities to commemorate and celebrate the births of the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). We are used to hold this celebration every year to contribute to shedding the light on this personality. The celebration included reciting verses from the Holy Quran and a word in which we explained the importance of following the example of the heroine of Karbala and seeking to implement her eternal message. We also highlighted parts of her life and her blessed birth that happened in the house where the light of God Almighty shines; the house of Ali and Fatima (peace be upon them both)."
She added, "The celebration also included reciting some poems and chants about the immaculate lady of Bani Hashem (peace be upon her) and her auspicious birthday."
