The host restaurant of the Holy Shrine of Aba al-Fadhl al-Abbas 'peace be upon him' served over the course of two consecutive days, hundreds of meals, which were distributed to the pilgrims during the Ziyarat on the martyrdom anniversary of the greatest Prophet Mohammad 'Allah's prayers and peace be upon him and his family', through its external outlet and by following preventive and precautionary methods in order to preserve the safety of pilgrims and staffs.
The head of the host department, Eng. Adel Al-Hamami, explained to the Al-Kafeel Global Network, saying: “For two consecutive days, the host restaurant of the Al-Abbas's Holy Shrine provided its services to the pilgrims who were in Karbala to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of the Noble Prophet Mohammad 'Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family', who could not go to Najaf to performed the Ziyarat rituals of this sad occasion there."
"As is the custom, the organizational aspect was taken into account in the distribution process, as the queues were divided into queues for men and others for women," he added.
Al-Hamami explained, "We took high precautionary measures, as is the case in the Ziyarat Arba'een, as food was distributed with plastic utensils, in addition to the staff's commitment to all hygienic measures such as wearing masks and gloves."
It is noteworthy that the host restaurant of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine provides its services to pilgrims throughout the week, and it has become a milestone in the Husseini generosity.
