The Repair Of The Hindiyah Town's Bridge: A Reading In The Ottoman Documents

The Ottoman Prime Ministry sent on the 23rd  of the Islamic month of Rabi'i I, 1318 Hijri  – June 19, 1900 AD, a letter to the Ministry of Finance, included a memorandum illustrated the supreme Ottoman authority's approval on the repair of the Hindiyah town's bridge, which was located on the Euphrates River in the district of Karbala, as the bridge was basically built for the crossing of heavy cargos.
