The birth anniversary of Ali bin Imam al-Husain bin Ali bin Abi Talib "peace be upon them all" was commemorated in Jammu & Kashmir's Budgam, Anjumansharieshian.com reported.
Known as Ali al-Akbar (علي الأکبر), he was the son of Imam al-Husain "peace be upon him", and was very much like the Prophet "peace be upon him" in appearance and personality.
Ali al-Akbar showed great bravery, sacrifice in the Battle of Karbala, and was martyred in fighting against tyrant Yazid's massive army.
