The Friday Sermons Unit at the Karbala Center for Studies and Research has taken upon itself the collection of speeches delivered by the Supreme Religious Authority's representative Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalai at the Holy Shrine of Al-Imam Al-Hussein "pbuh", and the addressing of those speeches with a title that is proportional to the content of each sermon so they become easy to understand and accessible to the readers.
This book included four religious sermons of different dates which were explained and commented on as well as the extraction of the Koranic verses and holy Hadiths that were mentioned in those speeches according to (128) old and modern references and sources.
The first sermon was entitled (Some of Names and philosophy of Fatima Al-Zahra "peace be upon her"), and the second one was entitled "The Obligation of allegiance to Al-Zahra "peace be upon her" and some of the similarities between her secret and the secret of the Qadr Night), while the third sermon has been titled (The Philosophy of Al-Zahra's Praise and its Effects on the Individual and Society), and then the fourth sermon which was titled (A Brief Biography of the Honest Woman Fatima "peace be upon her" and the truth About her Koran).
In this context, the Friday Sermons Unit at the Karbala Center for Studies and Research is continuing its work in collecting, arranging, annotating and commenting on the speeches which was resulted in the publishing of the following books:
It is hoped that soon, God willing, to publish the sixth book of the series, which is entitled (Glimpses From The Biography of Imam Hassan "pbuh": His Worship, Rhetoric, and His Role in Some Events.(
In an exclusive statement to our website, the director of Friday Sermons Unit at the KCSR, Mr. Emad Al-Talqani, said that "The unit is seeking to publish an integrated series about the 14 impeccable Imams, and the work is under way to complete the other speeches according to the plan".
He added that "This effort in terms of gathering, arranging and rephrasing these speeches and giving them the title that is proportional to the nature of each sermon, has come under an assignment by the KCSR director Mr. Abdul Ameer Al-Quraishi, so the result of this effort has come out at this new form, asking Allah Almighty for his acceptance and forgiveness, and to make this effort under his sight, praise the God of all worlds.
