The Limited Jihad is A Guarantee for The Future and Unity of Iraq

As a commemoration to the heroic achievements made by the Popular Mobilization Units and as a quest to document these achievements for the next generations through the pens of researchers and thinkers to make them a living witness of the outstanding victories in the battlefields, the Karbala Center for Studies and Research has issued three volumes titled "The Limited Jihad is A Guarantee for The Future and Unity of Iraq".

The first volume dealt with a number of important axes: the social axis, the security axis, and the political axis, which touched the human values of the prophet Muhammad's household and how the soldiers of the PMU had portrayed those values in the fight against ISIS terror group, in addition to the appreciation to the role of the majestic Iraqi tribes in supporting their fellow citizens in the PMU. At the level of the political axis, the book has dealt with the American position against the Popular Mobilization Units as well as the political and social dimensions of the Limited Jihad doctrine.

As for the second volume, it included the axes of media, the legal and the research papers, as the media and other axes were considered as the foundations and pillars on which the Popular Mobilization Units were based upon in their fight against the terrorists. The media organizations as well as social networking sites have played a major role in informing the world about the achievements of the PMU and other security forces.

The third volume was based on the historical, ideological and religious axis. The Husseini revolution had played a major role in influencing the hearts of the fighters and consolidating the principles of defending the land and sanctities, as well as the role of the supreme religious authority in Najaf in activating the jihadist motivation and countering the aggression and brutality of ISIS terror group against the people of Iraq.

It is worth mentioning that this research had emerged from the conference which was held at the holy shrine of Imam Hussein at December 23-24, 2015.
