The supreme religious authority in Najaf congratulated on the occasion of the liberation of the last part of the Iraqi territories from the occupation of the organization calling of ISIS terrorist, warning of the dealing neglect with the continuing threat of the ISIS organization and overlook of hidden terrorist elements and sleeper cells in which waiting the opportunities to undermine the security and stability of the country, pointing out that the Iraqi security system is still in great need to many of the heroes who have supported the army and police forces during the past years and fought with them in various battles, calling for the need to continues use of these important expertise within the constitutional and legal frameworks in which limits the weapon of the State and shows the right track for the role of these heroes in participating of the country preservation and strengthening its security in present and future.

Dear Iraqis
After more than three years of fierce fighting and to make precious, good and face a different difficulties and challenges, you won the worst terrorist force that targeted Iraq with its past, present and future, you won with your firm will and firm determination to preserve your homeland, your dignity and your sanctities, you have won with your great sacrifices where you have given yourselves and your mighty sons and all that you have for the precious country, and you wrote the most beautiful images of power and altruism you wrote the history of modern Iraq in letters of dignity, the world was astonished in front of your patience, your struggle, and your faith in the justice of your issue even to achieve this great victory, which many thought was far away but you have made it happen a reality in a relatively short period, you have preserved the dignity of the country and you have maintained its unity, land and people. You are really a great people.
Dear Brothers and sisters
Today we recall with more reverence our righteous martyrs who had underfeed the land of their homeland with the abundance of their pure blood, they were a great examples of sacrifice and redemption. We are remembering their kind families, parents, mothers, wives, children, brothers and sisters, those who grieved with their loved ones, so they met the pain of separation with more patience and endurance.
We are remembering with pride and glory our loved ones who are wounded, especially those who have been permanently disabled because they are actually living martyrs who remained among us as a witnesses to a great bravery of a people who faced the wicked of the world and won them with the sacrifices of their sons.
We remember with greatness and gratitude all the citizens who contributed to the support of the fighters in battles in all that strengthens of their steadfastness, where they were the best supporting them, in one of the finest images of the cohesion of the people and all the parts and components in defense of their dignity, we also extend our thanks and appreciation to all the brothers and friends who have stood with Iraq and its people in their ordeal with terrorism and supported him and offered him help and assistance, asking God Almighty to protect everyone.
We ask the God Almighty to take in the hands of all to the good the goodness of Iraq and its people.
