KCSR launches a survey to determine the level of citizens' satisfaction with the public services of Karbala city

On Wednesday, November 17, 2021, the Karbala Center for Studies and Research at the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein “AS” has launched an exploratory survey to document public opinions about the services provided by the local government in the city.

The KCSR’s PR division stated in statement, "The center has launched an opinion poll in the holy city of Karbala. The survey included knowing the opinions of citizens about the public services provided by the city's municipality during 2021, as well as inquiring the most prominent problems facing the Karbala community."

The statement added, that the poll form contained evaluation questions for the level of construction and reconstruction represented by government projects, along with the impact of the projects launched by the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein “AS” on the service and economic conditions in the city.

The KCSR has invited all citizens to express their opinion and participate in the survey for documentary and study purposes related to the holy city, by visiting the survey page via the link attached below.
