The our higher eminence claims all the bodies to be careful of keep a public funds & treasury by the people themselves as per them specialization like (Officer, Responsibilities and citizen) because it is so mistake when that burglar thinks they can get that funds & treasury alone because all the people of the country have a similar right and it claims to get an honest citizenship civilization with a correct method to services a motherland.
Keeping of Public Funds & Treasury, by Sheikh Al-Karbalai on Friday sermon 8/9/2017 renewed his claims of a general ingredients because it will bring the Happiness, Stabilities, Developed Country). Moreover, we can determine that ingredients as following:
1. Loyalty & Faith in Motherland:
Everyone has to feel with a loyalty & faith in motherland as per his specialization and we have to be trusted of the Government and its obligations to achieve our rights, we are talking about the citizenship and the Government has to make it happened as per Prophet Mohammed said (Everyone is guardian and has to takes care of his subordinates, that means everyone to be assiduous and honest of his motherland like Workers, Doctors, Engineers… etc.
2. Get an Honest Citizenship Civilization
We mean by patriotism, dedication and sincerity in service of his motherland without any influences by external factors, for example an employee keeps faith in his ministry, a doctor keeps faith with treatment of his patients, the engineers, teachers, workers, servants…etc.
3. Respect of Laws & Regulations:
That means all the people have to respect the laws and regulations which ale presented or made by the Government and used to develop a community in so many fields like Education, Health, Planning, Defense…etc.
