The Technical Equipment Directorate of the Popular Mobilization Units opened, on Wednesday, a specialized oxygen filling station in the holy city of Karbala, with the aim of filling the shortage of this vital substance.
The PMU's Media Directorate said in a statement followed by the Karbala Center for Studies and Research at the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, that "The Technical Equipment Directorate of the Popular Mobilization Units, with efforts made by its cadres, have managed today, to open an oxygen filling station in the holy city of Karbala to fill the shortfall faced by the hospitals of the city."
The statement added, "The station will contribute to accelerating of filling the oxygen bottles and greatly assisting the medical sector in light of the increasing number of Corona virus infected cases, and the deficiency faced by the oxygen stations in the city."
