The Companion Zahir Bin Omar Al-Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him)

His name and descent: Zahir bin Umar al-Aslami Al-Kindi, one of the "Shajarah people", he narrated from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his household) and witnessed the truce of Hudaybiyah and Khaibar battle, beside that, he was one of the companions of Amr bin al-Hummak Khuzaie. (1)

Zaher was an experienced and brave hero, as he was famous for his love to the household of the Prophet (peace be upon them). (2)

His martyrdom: the historian Ibn Shahar Ashob has considered his as one of the martyrs fallen in the first campaign of the battle of Karbala.(3)
