The Abbasid Tyrant "Haroun Al-Rasheed" has ordered his soldiers to cut off the buckthorn tree overlooking the tomb of Imam Hussein "peace be upon him", so that the pilgrims and people of Karbala would not rest under its shade.
This incident occurred in 176 Hijri - 792 AD.
