Angels over Karbala: Beautiful Drone Footage from the Holy City

Visual Lion, a video production company from the US, have published beautiful drone footage from the Holy City of Karbala.

 

The footage was filmed during the Arbaeen pilgrimage of 2014, which saw over 20 million pilgrims from around the world pay tribute to the Grandson of Prophet Muhammad, marking 40 days from the Day of Ashura.

 

Director Mohammad al-Mawla, said the scenes are intended to convey the view of “angels” as they travel over and through Karbala.
